FAQs

Do you have a Refund Policy?

Yes, we do have a refund policy. Should you place a deposit on a chow chow puppy and for some reason it was not available (you wanted a male and none were born, etc.), your money will be fully refunded. Or, the money can be kept as a deposit on another chow puppy from a future planned breeding, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be mailed out within 3 days after it is known for certain that a buyer’s puppy will not be available.   If you fail to pay off the balance owed on your puppy for any reason, you may lose your deposit. Even though we  are usually reasonably considerate, the most favoured as far as refunds are concern are those who prenotied us(at east 1 weeks prior) about their incapacity to compete payment in which case we’ll approve the refund.

How do I know that you are not a scam?

We do not beg/convince people to trust us, we earn it by demonstrating our legitimacy through transparency and action. Our good works speak for themselves. After using our service, we implore you to submit a review about our service because we largely depend on those reviews to improve our services.

Do you have a contract?

Because we pride ourselves in our competence and advertise only what our puppies represent, we confidently sign contracts with our customers so as to facilitate the resolution of misunderstandings whenever need arises.

Do your puppies come with a health guarantee? shots? wormed?

All our puppies come with a 3-year guarantee against debilitating genetic defects with replacement of puppy in the event of diagnosed and properly documented health problems ensuing from genetics. All such diagnosis must be made by a certified veterinarian and confirmed by our veterinarian prior to replacement of the affected puppy.

All of our chow chow puppies are guaranteed healthy when sold. A health certificate will be provided on all pups. Puppy buyers are encouraged to have their own health exam done upon arrival to the new home within 72 hours. Any health claims made after 72 hours are typically not covered under our guarantee, since we have no control whatsoever over what sort of environment the puppy is exposed to once it leaves our direct care.

Can I contact you for advice or support after I get my puppy?

YES! We shall stay in very close contact with you and your future family member. This facilitates the process of guiding you through training and anything that goes along with ownership of your puppy. We will appreciate lots of pictures and updates since we love to watch them grow.

Can we come visit and meet your dogs?

YES! You are very much welcome to visit/meet the dogs and ask questions. However, all visits must be  by appointment and only during weekends. Please do not visit any kennels or pet stores prior to visiting us, this is to protect our dogs from deadly diseases such as Parvo that are carried on shoes.

Do you import puppies/dogs?

YES! after a great deal of thought and consideration, we have decided to offer those who are interested, an opportunity to import directly from China and Russia, the same top quality chow chow that have helped to make our kennel what it is today. We usually import pups twice a year.

Do you offer stud services?

Yes, but female must be close to breed standard and have a vet examination stating bitch is in good health. Particularly your female must have been tested and declared negative for brucellosis prior to crossing.

When do puppies get to unite with there new families?

Just like children, each puppy is different. Consequently most are ready at or around 8 weeks of age while we keep some a little longer until we feel they are ready. Puppies need love, training, and a lot of socialization before going to meet their new families. We start PAT (Puppy Aptitude Testing) testing at 4 weeks of age this is when puppies start showing true personality traits.
